Prints that start out as black and white, sepia, duotone, etc. cannot be changed to color.
We do offer many more print sizes than the options you may see in your gallery. Please contact the studio for more info.
We offer a large range of professional finishing services that are among the top in the industry. Contact the studio for orders with these services included (canvas gallery wraps, velvet paper prints, special mounts, etc).
All prints are on professional paper and of the highest quality. Very rarely, a print may be unsatisfactory. We do offer a 30 day return policy. We'll inspect the returned print, and if it's incorrect, we'll reprint your order free of charge.
Print delivery can be expected within 3 weeks of submitting the order and payment settlement. Or, if paying by check, within 3 weeks of receiving your check. Becuase of the nature of a running a boutique studio, credit card transactions are automatically processed after placing your order (as opposed to when your prints ship).
